Valerio Lepori (born in Zurich, 1989) started playing the trombone at the age of eight and graduated in January 2016 with a Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy with a Minor in Composition. He has studied trombone under Nils Wogram, Andreas Tschopp and Markus Wüest and composition under Ed Partyka and Dieter Ammann. When he was sixteen he taught himself the piano and since then he has written numerous compositions and arrangements for a variety of ensembles. In addition, he plays the trombone in various bands, such as Klischée, NLB-Electronics, Der Grosse Bär and others.
